It happen that today i finish this kit too, beside that assault astray~

and this is my first time working with SD kits, my impression?

That it is easy to assemble these SD kits but its difficult to paint these boys.

and another problem for me is, these kits barely have any stickers and not even a single piece of decal. So I have to scavenge my guntank and guncannon decals to fulfill my needs. haha~

This is how the Gundam looks. Actually this is the original RX 78 SD kits, but I put on some SD Perfect Gundam Armor, and little gattling gun to replace Perfect Gundam's cannon

MG Astray Violet Frame - Assault Type Astray

Hi guys, I just finished a kit!

Its been so long that I want to work on an astray, and now I get the chance as my best friend gave me this MG Astray Red Frame.

I'm not very pleased with red and white so i try to work on other color scheme. And I don't know why, but the photos I took doesn't satisfy me as It turn my 'rust' (which I try to achieve by dry brushing this kit) on the kit into red (or a bit 'reddish'). I don't really know how to fix this...

The first look~!

I didn't really like the 'big sword' bandai gave, so I decided to just go by two katana on the back and hunting knives on the thighs. It looks lighter and a lot simpler, and I like it~

Hehe.

Hope I'm not wasting this MG, and hope you like it.

MAC Forums Zaku GB - final WIP~!

Hi guys, and specially Squad mate~!

I'va almost finished this zaku and my next post should be the final product and on the launchpad with you guys.

This boy has some metal parts attached and some decals (though I take it from MG Sinanju, hohoho) but it pops!

The only thing this kit lack of, is the squad's badge/mark, paint chipping, the unpainted Giant Sword, and un-flat coated which I'm having a trouble finding one. (any idea of alternatives?)

this is it, I made a reface (sorry this is my main problem, having bored or unsatisfied the change everything. haha.

so this is it~

and I remove those spikes and I remove the other shoulder, cut off parts of kshatriya into this shape and the by some joints, I attached that parts of kshatriya~

and then I use a small brush and an acrylic for painting to write 'RAVAGER'

and it does'nt look so bad...

the claw receive some metal parts too~

metal patts on the hands and shoulder armor~

metal pipes~

the second sword beside the giant one, painted in red, orange, and some decals

favorite pose~ see, the shoulder armor could move~

Enhanced RGM WIP, final design

Oh I haven't touch this RGM so long that this boy start collecting dust~!

I REBUILD IT! I tore those mounted guns from lats WIP and I redesign this kit.

it looks better for me, and this is gonna be my final design, no more heavy stuff on the back for this boy, no more shield on the shoulder.

Hope you'll like it.

Haha, anyway, I made some progress on this one~

FIrst of all, the upper body~

I put some missile launcher on top of both shoulder~

Modified those shoulder with kit-bashed parts of *secret* haha~

Then I modded the legs~

Do something here and there, maybe you'll get better view after this kit got primed

And the rear skirt as @DAVIME mentioned before, I SBed those parts using pla plates and it works, it increased the mobility of those hips.

put some magazines and beam sword holder

the backpack~ nothing much change from the original design.

and the weapon~

Got that riffle a nice blade from HG Exia

then the famous shield~ haha

overall look~

I'll do some clean up, and priming, and painting~

FINALLY~!

I bought this sinanju in January 2010!

I colored this baby grey once, but decided to recolor and add some modifications to this kit~

This is it, my very own Lucifer~

Alright~ first pose~

overall, I mods the legs, remove that big-ass boosters on the legs and replace it with the small and 'wingy' one~

Added some horns~ and as you can see and you might realize, I combine HG Buster Gundam's shoulder with sinanju's shoulder~

this is the leg I'm talking about~

I make a bow for this boy~ and it can open~!!! haha, made this out of bashed 1/144 Harute

Two big guns from Buster Gundam that would be a lot of waste if I didn't use it~

ZAKU GP - WIP 4!

The paint just dried~!

I didn't use grey for priming, instead, I use silver~

for me it's easier to point out mistakes in silver...

I found out that some parts need some sanding and noticed that some parts need more articulation...

Here it is for now!

I swap right and left shoulder~ (put the spiky shoulder armor to the right side)

And I remove that zaku shield and create a new shoulder using parts and tamiya putty~ lots of putty!

Added pla plates here and there, sanded that parts until my fingers gone numb~

I also make those spikes longer using putty! and here we go~

I combine zaku's backpack with astrays backpack, and put those two pointed parts in use for holding my ravager blade~

Wait... did I say, blade?

Yes blade! I SB and Kitbashed lots of part and make a blade, giant blade~!

Here is the armor, I SBed some parts and fill in the gaps with putty, and voila~ tur out like a knight's armor~ still needs some sanding an those sides

Here is this boy before priming~ and did I mention that Huge Zaku HeatHawk I made? Let me save that for my next WIP~ for now just look at it from this picture~

So my zaku here have two main weapon~ A Giant Blade and Giant HeatHawk~!

Another Zaku WIP! WIP 3

Here we go again! I'm just so excited with this build, and I probably postponed my WIP after this due to waiting the materials I ordered from the net.

So I just prime the hands and have things build up~
Relax guys, this isn't even half of what I planned to do, so I still have some WIP in the future!

Here it is~

Then I primed this baby's hand~ and lots of poses~! Hahaha~ Just having fun here guys~

And even though this zaku is a Melee Specialist, I created a cool mid-range weapon too!
This is what I call a Cross Bow!!!
Using Astray's gun and a bow from a BB Sangokuden (which I forget what its name)~

The long awaited date of December 1st finally arrives!
I wanna honor this day by assembling and modifying a bit of my MG Zaku 2 F2~
No need to rush things~

Now the mods begin~

I took a sword from my stranded HG Astray Mirage Frame and the try to put it on my zaku's side skirt~

Just glued right here and there~ sand this boy right here and there~

and voila~!!!

and just spray some gray~ nice isn't it? haha

But just you wait, this isn't my zaku's main weapon~ I'm planning on doing some really big heat hawk and big broad sword~!

WIP 3 - Rework : 1/100 MG RGM-79 GM ver 2.0 : The Barricade

I rework it!! I tear the shield apart...

Its because I think it feels so heavy and didn't come out right...

so I did this~

I remove the shoulder shield and put on some 'real' shield with two barrels of guns, and a barrel of bazooka

I placed a cannon on the back!

(if you know what gundam the cannon from, shhht~! hahaha)

simplify the skirts

armed it with a sub machine gun

and there he is~ a brand new look

sometimes taking things a part and following your heart is very important and I feel so relieved...

Gundam Shots - RGM WIP

WIP 2 - Shield and addition : 1/100 MG RGM-79 GM ver 2.0 : The Barricade

I woke up early this morning and rushed to do this RGM.

I found some clear parts from RX 78 2 ver 2.0 and an unused parts from my astrays, and decided to put it here and there on the RGM.

here is the picture~

I modified the head a bit, so it would look more hi-tech. Gonna sand and tidy it later~

then, I began to create the shoulder parts where the shields will be attached~

using glue and (again) some leftover parts, I made this~

after that, comes the shield!

I use astrays shield since its no as big as RGM's shield, and sanded the bottom so it would look more rounded~

I also attached some clear parts that will be used as thrusters container on the shields. I'm gonna pla plate this later.

and then, RGM! LOOK UP!

TARAAAA~

I have the basic shape of my RGM~

more pla plating and puttying later, sigh~

this is how I gonna put the weapons! not wielded but carried!

RGM 79 - concept!

Here is the concept (sorry for the stupid pictures)

I'll add two shields on the shoulders, antenae on the head, pla plating here and there to make the armor bulkier and heavier.
Gonna put two heavy weapon, probably the original bazooka and SBing a flamethrower~
I'll be kitbashing using some leftovers and clear parts, puttying here and there, and hopefully taking this loony RGM to another level~!

I just bought this kit. This kit is simple and really moveable. The only thing I don't like about this kit is how the head just look so plain and somehow looks so innocent even dumb. (oops, sorry...)

MG Musha Gundam Mk. II

Master Grade : Musha Gundam MK. II

Hi guys! I'm back. Maybe for some of you I'm not good enough, and I really thankful that some of you straightly point out my mistakes. Thank you!

So, I won't give up, and this is my third post~

Now I'm gonna introduce you to my bad boy~ Musha Gundam Mk.II! Here it is! I really like this model because it is as cool as a demon! Here is some things I like~ First, It has two horns like a demon. Second, it has a big torso and a simple armor. The last one, third, It wields two swords! How cool is that?

I decide to paint this kit in black. Why? Because when I open this bad boy's box, I feel like that dark blue and some purple won't be scary enough to make Zaku running and scattered in a battlefield. So, i paint in in black and some red~

Here is the back and the front. Do you see that? How cool is dual wielding warrior? Wow wow!

Maybe some of you notice that I don't put the other weapon (the gun and the naginata) on this kit. It is because I want it to look simple and ready. Just the dual sword, it will be enough.

But, you know, apparently Shin Musha Gundam's sword are way longer than Musha Mk.II's sword~

and the head :

I love those horns! It looks demonic and so evil!

I don't know what you feel, but I think black is really suitable for this kit. Since this kit doesn't have many panel line to begin with and it has this japanese samurai look, a simple dominant color would do.

and the arms :

I painted the shoulder armor and the lower arm in red just to give it more looks.

MG GN-001 Exia - Iron Man Custom

YA~HA!

This is it~ One of the kit I liked most, and you know what? My father bought it and he gave it to my brother, Naufal! Aaargh~

Me decide to do out of the box build since this kit is already cool and stuff. This kit is not like 00 Raiser, or Seven Sword stuff that look bulky and have so much equipment. This kit is slender, cool, simple, and really looks dependable on a fight. Maybe I should say this kit is similiar or have a same style as MG GN-X in terms of those things I mentioned before.

So my brother and I had a talk about the color scheme. It is not like the current color of MG GN-001 that Bandai made doesn't cool, but we just want it to be different. Not looking so tough, but the type of color in a hero that you would like to cheer on.

So, what superhero, full of metal, and simple? Yes, it is Iron Man.
BEHOLD~ I present you MG GN-001 Exia : Iron Man Custom

and the head :

Yap nothin' to say about the color.

My friends who come to my house say that the color cheme is pretty eccentric, but I did not execute it well. yeah~ stuff... haha

I added a milimeter of pla plate each side of the head (right between the white part and the yellow part) to give it more chubby and more helm like. And who would guessed, it would add a nice black panel-like-space. Hehe

and the arms :

I really like this sword-shield-gun thing on the right hand of Exia, Astraea, and those similar with it.

It reminds me of a ninja, or even an assassin!
Needless to say, I just changed the blue to yellow.

And the shield is pretty cool too! Its sharp on the end and leaving a very useful impression.

MG Shin Musha Gundam - Ninja Custom

First of all, this is my first kit that I took care reaaally carefully and reaaally try to make this 'boy' look nice~ It is all because I really like this kit. Master Grade : Shin Musha Gundam is so cool. It got all the things a Gundam needs. It has a cool menacing look on it's head, a tough-looking armor, and a set of deadly weapon.

I was hoping to make a samurai out of this kit, but it seems like a this kit is rather slender than it's cousin, Musha Gundam MK II. and I've got one question, what gundam is this kit based on? Because I think this kit has a similar look with RX-78 GP01 on it's head.

Alright without delay, I present you~ My MG Shin Musha Gundam :

I chose white and black because it might look like somekind of ninja, but it seems like the leg has too many combination of color~

I was gonna paint this boy using red or blue, so I did some research and see -in my opinion- red is too common and blue sucks for this kit. It just like giving a smooth or sweet emotion on a kit full of armor and such a gentle design~ so I decided to just simplify the color with black and white~

It crossed my mind that I would really like this boy to wield his sword on his back, but apparently the sword is a bit too long and the shoulder armor won't let me. haha~

And the head :

I cut off the parts of the helm, because it gives a heavy look, and i don't really like that~, so I cut it off and I've got the coolest head of MG Shin Musha gundam (my first impression is 'is this looks really like Strike Noir?'

And the upper and lower body :

I painted the skirt in stripes, and I don't really think it matches my concept, because it makes this musha like a joker or something like clown~ haha.

In the end, I like it just to make it different. A ninja with stripes? Hell yeah~

And the legs :

Its a bit to crowded in color? don't you think? or you don't?
Haha~ At first, I painted the gold armor in white, but it gives a boot-like feelings, so I decided to paint it in gold because silver is too pale. and in the end this is what happened to my musha's leg. but I kinda like it, so I let it~

and the shoulder armor :

As you can see, stripes again, huh?
Haha. It looks nice though. You know what? I mixed up those decals~ I used the one with japanese kanji and the one with stripes too. Just to make it crowded so the white doesn't seem too pale~

and with his cousin~ MG Musha Gundam MK II :

Cool isn't it? Its like the MK II is the General and this boy Musha is the warrior or ninja or something like his right hand~ I must admit that I love MG Shin Musha MK II more than I love this striped-boy. but I still love both of this kit~ hehe

I am thinking of making a diorama using these kits, maybe fighting against 5 zaku? haha, or it would be nice to be a stand-alone?

I don't know, getting confused by my self.
